We usually reply within 2–3 days. If something went wrong during a lesson, tell us which file (PPTX or PDF) you had open. It makes the problem much faster to reproduce.
Frequently asked
- The pen does not draw. Drawing tools work with Apple Pencil only. Fingers turn pages, zoom and select.
- A PowerPoint animation looks different. Chalkieboard re-creates PowerPoint animations as closely as it can. Email us the file that looks different and we will fix it in an upcoming release.
- The status bar is missing on the classroom screen. That is intended. Only the board goes out to the classroom display.
- Where do I cancel my subscription? iPad Settings ▸ Apple Account ▸ Subscriptions, or apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions. Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- New iPad, or reinstalled the app? Open the subscription screen in the app and tap Restore Purchase.
Your data
Your boards, lesson files and handwriting stay on your iPad and in your own iCloud. 207 Studio does not collect them and cannot see them.
